Do you want to be actively involved in managing your own planning process but are seeking expert advice? You know you would love the support of a planner that will make sure every moment spent on planning is maximized.

This is for you!  Madeline will meet with you regularly to help with any questions or challenges and make sure no detail is missed. You'll enjoy a stress-free wedding day knowing that she has everything covered.

Basic Wedding Planning Includes:

  • An initial planning meeting to develop your wedding day goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget and planning.

  • Biweekly or monthly follow-up planning meetings to keep track of all details and upcoming to-dos (as needed).

  • Creation of comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline to enable you to stay on track and on budget.

  • Facilitation of choosing vendors including, but not limited to florists, décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting, hotel room blocks for out of town guests, invitations and stationery, favors, staffing needs, transportation, and more based on style, availability, and price.

  • Reviewing vendor contracts and making recommendations.

  • Working with designated catering contact, floral designer, rental companies, lighting technicians, etc to carry your concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event.

  • Attending wedding planning meetings with all vendors to ensure details are clarified and important questions are addressed.

  • Creating a complete production and event timeline for event, ensure vendors are finalized and complete detailed vendor checklists.

  • Leading or assisting with your rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, making announcements, & distributing wedding party timelines.

  • Coordinating vendors, guests, and wedding party during wedding ceremony to ensure a smooth and elegant ceremony.

  • Managing all moving pieces of the reception: direction of vendors, attending to guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shooting challenging situations, etc.

  • Unlimited email correspondence throughout the planning process!
