You've successfully planned your wedding and have booked vendors you completely trust to guide you along the way. That's an amazing accomplishment! However, you're wondering about the behind-the-scenes coordination at your ceremony.
Who will make sure everyone is at the right place at the right time? Coordinating with your officiant, vendors, family, and wedding party may be one of the most unexpected parts of your wedding day. This package is for those who need a helping hand and want to ensure they have a stress-free wedding ceremony.
Ceremony Coordination Includes:

One initial planning meeting to review your rehearsal and ceremony priorities

Lead or assist with rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, & distribute wedding party timelines

Arrive at ceremony location 1.5 hours before ceremony start on wedding day

Direction of vendors (floral designer, musicians, photographer, videographer, etc), attend guest needs and inquiries, and trouble-shoot any challenging situations that may arise

Presence during and following the ceremony to ensure smooth transition of wedding party and guests

A specified number of follow-up planning meetings after your initial planning meeting to keep on track of details (if deemed necessary by the bride & groom)
