Madeline will be involved with every aspect of your wedding to assist with meticulous organization, flawless design, and effortless decision making. You will be confident on your wedding day and leave all your worries behind!

Full Wedding Planning Includes:

An initial planning meeting to develop your wedding day goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget and planning
Creation of comprehensive budget projections and detailed planning timelines to enable you to stay on track and on budget
Assistance with venue selection & negotiation
Creation of an online wedding folder that includes copies of all contracts, design portfolio and inspiration boards
Facilitation of choosing vendors including, but not limited to florals, décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting and audio visual, hotel room blocks for out of town guests, invitations and stationery, favors, staffing needs, transportation, and more based on style, availability, and price
Streamlining vendor introductions and set up appointments for clients based on their availability – attend all vendor meetings with clients as needed
Reviewing vendor contracts and make recommendations
Developing design and flow concepts inspired by the client that are appropriate to the time of day, season, and setting
Working with catering contact, floral designer, rental company, lighting & entertainment, etc to carry concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event
Presenting unique ideas to compliment chosen design concept for invitations, favors, and all the other details going into the reception
Advisement on etiquette and troubleshooting any challenges that come up while planning
Management of mailing of invitations and RSVP’s as needed for client and track all guest counts
Managing and maintain your wedding website
Designing, stuffing and delivering hotel amenities for out of town guests
Helping plan and coordinate rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
UNLIMITED MEETINGS to keep on track of details and design as needed
Unlimited phone and email correspondence throughout the planning process
