Congratulations! As a parishioner at St. Philomena, I am thrilled you have chosen our beautiful church to celebrate your wedding ceremony. Ceremony Coordination is perfect for the couple who have successfully planned their wedding day, but want someone else to double check that nothing is missing and handle all of the moving pieces on the big day.
Madeline will meet with you once before your wedding day and will be present at your wedding rehearsal and ceremony to ensure everything is going smoothly. You can leave the stress of coordinating ceremony vendors, wedding party needs, and last-minute emergencies behind you in order to truly enjoy your wedding day!

St. Philomena Ceremony Coordination Includes:

One Ceremony Planning Meeting to walk through your ceremony in detail.

Partner with your celebrant to lead your rehearsal the day prior to the wedding.

Be present at St. Philomena on the day of your wedding; one hour before the ceremony start time and one half-hour after your ceremony end time.

Manage all moving pieces of the ceremony: set up personal items (signage, programs, etc.), direction of vendor set up, attend guest needs and inquiries, assist with wedding party lineup and processional, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.

Coordinate vendors, guests, and wedding party throughout your wedding ceremony to ensure a smooth and stress-free ceremony.

Added fees include: designing ceremony programs and signage, and additional hours needed before/after the rehearsal or wedding ceremony.
