Wedding Day Coordination is perfect for the couple who have successfully planned their wedding but want someone else to double check that nothing is missing and handle all of the moving pieces on their big day.

Madeline will meet with you twice before your wedding day and will be present throughout your wedding weekend to ensure everything is going smoothly. You can leave the stress of coordinating vendors and last-minute emergencies behind you in order to truly enjoy your wedding day!

Wedding Day Coordination Includes:

• One Initial Planning Meeting to create your wedding day timeline, set up a vendor contact list, and determine your top priorities.

• One Deep Dive Meeting two months before your wedding day to walk through your wedding day timeline, review vendor requirements and responsibilities, create a ceremony guide and personal items list, and offer guidance on any list minute concerns.

• One Final Meeting two weeks before your wedding day to finalize your timeline.

• Create a complete set up and event timeline for your wedding, ensure vendors are finalized and complete detailed vendor checklists.

• Lead or assist with your rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, & distribute wedding party timelines.

• Be present on the day of your wedding from the beginning of set up until the start of open dancing. 

• Supervise deliveries, vendor set up, & timeline execution throughout the wedding day.

• Coordinate vendors, guests, and wedding party throughout your wedding ceremony and reception to ensure a smooth and stress-free day.

• Manage all moving pieces of the reception: set up personal items (personal decor, signage, etc.), direction of vendor set up, attend guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.

• Unlimited email correspondence throughout the planning process!
