WEDDING PLANNING WORKSHOP

Madeline will lead a three hour in-person group workshop designed to help you plan your wedding weekend, from the ceremony rehearsal to the post-wedding brunch. You will receive a Wedding Planning Folder including a Wedding Day Timeline, Ceremony Planning Guide, Wedding Planning Budget, Vendor Contact List, and a Personal Items List. Plan a date night with your fiance to get weeks of planning done in one 3 hour workshop!

The Wedding Planning Workshop Includes:

• A personalized Wedding Day Timeline incorporating your unique wedding day details.

• A comprehensive walkthrough of your Wedding Ceremony and additional details to consider when planning your ceremony.

• A Vendor Contact List to help you organize vendor contact information, responsibilities, final count deadlines, and wedding day arrival times.

• A Wedding Budget for you to personalize with your own payment details and due dates.

• A customizable Personal Items List to give you inspiration for personal decor outside of your florist or rental decor vendor (card box, guest book, favors, etc.).

• Brainstorming session on Signage, including ideas for Welcome Signs, Seating Charts, Table Numbers, etc. 

• Reception Planning, including Introductions, Toasts, Catering timing, Dances, and more.

• Networking with other couples also planning their wedding in the Peoria area (and maybe at your same venue).

• Insider tips and tricks from a professional wedding planner, including ways to plan ahead to make your wedding day seamless and stress-free.

• Documents printed at the workshop for you to begin planning on paper, as well as a Google Drive folder sent at the beginning of the workshop should you wish to work digitally during the workshop.

• Display tables to check out sample invitation suites, trusted vendor resources, and more!

• Champagne and Light Appetizers included.
