Kayla and Jonathon held a smaller wedding ceremony and reception back on June 13, 2020 at Kayla's Aunt and Uncle's home. (See that recap here!) I wanted to share this quick recap purely for wedding decor and inspiration, and of course to showcase these two beautiful humans! They kept many of the same details from their June wedding day, but then switched a few details to make their October reception special in it's own way. Kayla and Jonathan were two of the kindest people and I loved celebrating with them twice!

Kayla and Jonathan repurposed their table numbers from their summer wedding day, but then switched up the florals and went with a warmer fall design! I love the reds, peachy orange, and terra cotta tones in the centerpieces. I also loved the use of the ivory roses and cute little bunny tail grasses! Michelle at Heaven on Earth always does such a great job with florals!

Kayla wore the dame dress, earrings, and shoes, but switched up her hair for their second reception! She went for a half up/half down look, and it was gorgeous! Since we didn't have to worry about the summer heat, I loved this little change!
They had their cake replicated by their friend Olivia at Liv's Bakes, and I got to place the flowers on the cake again, just like I did at their first reception! How do you think I did? Surprisingly, I've done this a handful of times!
After dinner, Kayla and Jon showed the video from their June ceremony and reception. I absolutely love watching wedding videos (who doesn't?!), so this might have been one of my favorite parts of their second reception (other than the Tanner's donuts as their favors!).
I'm all about celebrations, so I loved helping with Kayla and Jonathan's second wedding celebration! Their October reception was similar in many ways to their June reception, but also different in many ways as well. Thank you, Kayla and Jonathan, for trusting me to coordinate your day!
